French Kiss for Macintosh updated. version number stays 2.2.2.8. Sorry confusing.

• Changed compiler to MPW.
• Created Carbon version / 68K version. However, they may not work correctly since I have neither 68K Mac nor Mac OS X.
• Use Navigation Services if available.
